This card is intended to be used as a screening tool for potential lead exposure sources in pregnancy. Pregnant individuals can use this card to screen for exposure sources in their environment, and if there are potential exposure sources present, they can bring the card to their healthcare provider to discuss if blood lead testing is needed.
